earlyCASE ® Enterprise Licenses

The Enterprise license for earlyCASE ® provides unlimited use of the professional version of earlyCASE ® (early case assessment for eDiscovery) for a maximum  number of licensed users within that company or firm.

Companies that run more than 3 earlyCASE ® professional runs per month are better off (will spend less money annually) if they signed up for the Enterprise License.    The Enterprise license is a subscription for 12 months to the professional version of earlyCASE ® with no per run charges ($0).

The subscription levels begin at 25 earlyCASE ® users and are are incremented in blocks of 10 users.

An enterprise license for 25 users of earlyCASE ® is a flat $8,000 for 12 months.   Additional blocks of 10 additional users can be added for $1,500 and will be prorated based on the remaining months of the current subscription.  <<Pricing Information>>   <<Product Brochure>>

Enterprise licensees must all be with in the same email domain to operate under an Enterprise license.  When a new user in your organization creates an account they are immediately get to take advantage of your Enterprise license without you having to add them manually.   When they run earlyCASE ® when they get to the Job Instructions screen they will see that they are an Enterprise License user and the cost per run is $0.

When an Enterprise user uses earlyCASE ® a carbon copy of the run receipt is emailed to the "CC" email address on file for the Enterprise License.  This gives you real time visibility to who is using earlyCASE ® , which matters and how much data they analyzed.   In larger organizations it works well to have the CC run receipts sent to a generic email account and to give users access as needed.
